The Waldo Theatre was built in 1936 as a state-of-the-art movie house with outstanding acoustics. Over the past four years, it has been lovingly renovated and reopened as a non-profit performing arts center. New audio and streaming technology was installed in 2020 while keeping original acoustic fixtures in place for an unmatched audio experience in the region.
